You can take a special photo yourself and make it look professional.
If outside still have the flash setting on. Make sure child is not squinting from the sunlight. Take a photo using the highest resolution on your camera. When inside the house, let sunlight in and flash on. Make sure there isn't anything in the background like a toy or something you just do not want in the photo. If you want your child cut from the background, make sure there is nothing that blends in with your childs hair or clothing. Please use original digital photo's at the highest resolution. Looking for a different background color? We can either take a sample of the subjects clothing, this usually works out real well, or use any color you like. |
| How to send the Photo's |

When filling out the order form please fill in all of the party information in the space provided. Along with all of your other information. If you have digital photos then email them to us at Digital Photo Upload after filling out the order form.
If you have the originals then either see below to help scan them for the best quality and then email them. Or Email me and we can set up for you to mail them to me. All photos will be returned with your shipment. |
| Scanning help |

Find a photo that is in perfect condition. Clean your scanner glass with a soft lint free cloth. Set the dpi setting to 400 or bigger. The bigger the image the better. If scanning the picture just doesn't look right and I can't fix it, I will let you know where you can send the photo's to me by postal mail. This apply's also for those who do not have a scanner. |
| Turnaround time |

I will create your card in 1-2 business days. When it is complete I will send you a proof by e-mail. Once you approve your proof, It will take 2 more business days to create the finished product and ship to you. Shipping takes from 1-3 mailing days. If you are mailing the pictures to me then I will send you an email when they arrive and the time starts then. |

If you would like a rushed order (anything under 4 business days) there will be a 15.00 rush fee. Please be available when you order this, so we can get it done right away.

Just not sure about the quality of our cards? We have samples already made up of one of our previous cards. We will send you this through postal mail. 1.00 fee apply's. You can e-mail me to give me that information. |

We use USPS for all shipping needs. Please give me your zip code when ordering so I can give you the information of what is available and the cost. |

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with our product, we will refund you in full. You must ship the package back to us in order to get a refund. Refund is not good after 20 days. |
